Hayata Karışan Kadınlar (Women Involved in Life) Platform is a project, which we launched in cooperation with Brothers to strengthen the representation of women in jobs of the future. The platform contains four modules including culture, art, entertainment, sustainability, climate change, new work life, digitalization and new media and applied by 6883 people. As a result of rigorous evaluations, a total of 600 participants were entitled to benefit from the platform. Participants received training in four modules with the support of 8 mentors and 21 trainers throughout the online training process and had the opportunity to listen to each other's stories through online meetings. On 1-2-3 July, Bootcamp Weekend was arranged in Sapanca and the project groups started to work with mentors and trainers on the business canvas to develop their ideas. During these studies, the participants had the opportunity to ask their questions about their projects directly to the experts in the sector and to develop their projects. On 21 of July, out of the 7 groups which took part in the Final Pitch, 3 were entitled to receive funding by the committee formed by the mentors and stakeholders.
