The Citizen ScoreCard aims to value and promote the implementation of local governance models with particular focus on increased civil participation, transparency and accountability. The purpose of this project is to assess the compliance level of the local citizens in delivery of available public services in Bodrum.
Within the scope of the project, Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) with public authorities, local administrations, stakeholders and citizens are conducted. The findings of qualitative data collection, combined with solid desk research, lays the foundation of designing a Citizen Card methodology that would contribute to enhance the provision of local public services, while also offering local citizens a set of additional value propositions including discounted merchandise, score-marketing, among many others.
