The "Fikrimiz Food Entrepreneurship Program" was carried out in order to ensure that the social and economic conditions of Izmir are conducive to food entrepreneurship and that activities aimed at strengthening food entrepreneurship in Izmir are carried out thanks to the fact that it includes important food enterprises. With the food entrepreneurship program, it is aimed to identify potential food initiatives in Izmir, support food initiative business ideas, provide access to mentoring and business support trainings, and provide participants with effective development opportunities. Within the scope of the program, food entrepreneurship education, business support services, mentoring programs and culinary workshops were organized.
